a comprehensive and compelling approach useful for
clinicians in any number of behavioral health care settings.
Dr. Kadish offers a practical approach for helping complex
clients, maintaining rules and structure and creating exciting
groups from scratch. Clinician fears around facilitating
compelling groups and the four elements of the successful
group-mystery, authenticity, passion and creativity - are
also addressed.

Therapists typically receive little graduate instruction on working with
eating disordered individuals. This training is intended to provide a
broad overview of critical information necessary to provide proper care for the eating disordered
client. Facilitators will learn how to assess and diagnose eating disorders

Author, lawyer, actor and activist, Christopher Kennedy Lawford is a member of the prominent
Kennedy family and son of actor Peter Lawford. His best-selling books include Symptoms of
Withdrawal, a candid look at the depths of his own drug and alcohol addiction; and Moments
of Clarity, recovery stories from people of all walks of life reflecting the journey we all take as
human beings trying to make sense of our world.

Robert is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and Professional clinical counselor with over 20 years of experience. Robert spent a decade at Pepperdine University serving as the assistant director of their counseling center and coordinator of their alcohol and drug program. he is an expert on the topic of motivational interviewing and member of the motivational interviewing network (MINT) of trainers.
