My stay at Milestones was both challenging and fulfilling. It was challenging in that I had to adjust to a substantial amount of rules and living with several people at the same time. However, such rules forced me to be completely honest in rehab for the first time as well. I believe that it is because of this honesty that I am in a different place than after rehabs in the past. Overall, my experience at Milestones was positive and life changing.
